MTIMA – Making a Global Impact Through Volunteering!

Educator

  • The Educator teaches clearly, turns hard topics into simple steps, and delivers focused virtual lectures with accurate, usable content that helps learners succeed.

    • Virtual talk / short course : Deliver a focused session (≈40 min + 20 min Q&A) or a short course (2×45 min).

    • Create / develop content : Build educational slides using MTIMA template.

    Quality assurance & Course management : Share materials to our private learning library.

Research

  • The Researcher mentors to design clear, practical studies, assist to make data easy to collect and analyze, and helps teams publish useful results.

    • Study design / mentorship : Select a feasible topic, define objectives and methods, and coach a local team to run it.

    • Data collection / analysis : Set up simple tools (forms/sheets), ensure data quality, and perform a basic analysis plan.

    • Publication & sharing : Draft an abstract/manuscript, submit to a conference or journal, and add outputs to MTIMA’s research library.

Fundraise

  • The Fundraiser turns community goodwill into real support—running simple campaigns, writing strong grants, and building relationships that power the mission.

    • Donor outreach / campaigns : Plan focused email/social drives or small events; create a one-page case and easy donation page.

    • Grant writing : Find aligned funders, draft clear proposals and budgets, submit on time, and track deliverables.

    • Stewardship & reporting : Thank donors, issue receipts, share impact updates, and keep tidy records of funds and outcomes.
